⌨️ Keyboard Shortcuts

The InfoRapid KnowledgeBase Builder can be operated entirely via mouse or touch. However, for a true power-user experience and a lightning-fast workflow, the app offers a variety of keyboard shortcuts.

Anyone who internalizes these shortcuts can build complex mind maps and diagrams much more fluidly without constantly having to open the menus. The overview can also be called up at any time in the app via the Help Assistant.


🏗️ Create & Edit Items

Tip: If you use the app on a smartphone or tablet, the classic touch controls and the "long-press" (tap and hold) for drag-and-drop operations are your most important tools. The shortcuts mentioned above apply primarily to the desktop versions (Windows & macOS) or when using a physical keyboard on mobile devices.
